This past September, I completed the 24 hour Baycrest Sealfit challenge along with 6 other people, who are now my sealfit family for life.
Twice I wanted to give up during the 24 hour period but I dug deep and found my inner why, to keep going and finish the event. We all had our own personal "why" to power through the 24 hours.
This year, I am co-chairing the event along with Kimberley and Allan who are both savages!
So-what is different this year? We are doing the Kokoro-that is 50 hours of straight navy seal hell week style training!
If you are interested in learning more to participate in the 6 hour, 12 hour, 24 hour or 50 hour event, reach out to me anytime at james@jamescohen.org.
Please be generous in supporting Baycrest!
